What this covers

When to call

Water standing anywhere it will not drain away by itself - from a burst line, a failed water heater, a septic backup, melt water in a basement, or a leak found on a return visit to an empty building.

What the work involves

Portable or truck-mounted extractors take water off hard floors and out of carpet and pad. In a building that froze, the heat usually has to come back first, because lines that are still frozen will leak again as they thaw and the extraction would have to be repeated.
